Terms and Conditions 1st January to 31st December 2010
1. Payment
Payment may be made by direct bank transfer, BACS or credit card. Payment in full is required before attendance at the course or event. Your place on the course can not be guaranteed until pull payment is made.
2. Personnel
Threshold will use its reasonable endeavours not to change the personnel but may do so from time to time in order to provide the right balance of skills to ensure successful completion of the Project. In such circumstances, details of the personnel involved will be made available to you on request.
3. Cancellation by Threshold
We will use all of our endeavours to avoid having to cancel a course or event. In the unlikely event of cancellation by Threshold you will be entitled to a full refund. Threshold’s liability will be limited to your fee paid for the course that is cancelled or postponed.
4. Cancellation by delegate
If you cancel or postpone then the following will apply:-
a) Where you have given ten clear working days notice or more then Threshold will refund all money paid at no charge.
b) Where you have given less than ten clear working days notice but more than two clear working days notice then Threshold will charge a sum calculated at 50% of the fee for that respective Event
c) Where you have given less than 5 clear working days notice then Threshold will charge a sum calculated at 100% of the fee for that respective Event.
5. Intellectual Property
For the avoidance of any doubt it is acknowledged and agreed that the intellectual property rights in any materials created by Threshold (including without limitation the characters, scenarios and methodologies, any scripts including facilitators scripts) for the provision of its services under this letter or any other materials created by Threshold shall at all times remain the property of Threshold and nothing contained in this letter shall be deemed to impart by way of transfer or assignment or any other means any or all of the intellectual property rights in the services or materials.
8. Miscellaneous
. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
